Legal documents: five legal and compliance documents
Legal documents is the entrance to the PIKABAO Virtual Cards legal documents. The five documents cover terms, data, anti-money laundering, refunds, and business information. Each is on its own page, so you can consult them individually as needed.
The five documents
Terms of Service
Account eligibility, user responsibilities, prohibited conduct, fees, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
Privacy Policy
What information is collected, what it's used for, who it's shared with, how long it's kept, and what rights you have.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
How customers are identified, how abnormal transactions are monitored, how suspicious transactions are handled, and cooperation with law enforcement.
Refund Policy
What funds are refundable, how the flat fee is charged, how long a refund takes, and when it isn't refunded.
Compliance Information
The operating entity, business registration number, registered address, and official channels you can verify independently.
Matching an operation to its documents
An operation may involve several documents. Check eligibility, data handling, fund review and fees in their corresponding policies rather than relying on a single summary.
Registration and issuance
Terms cover account duties and prohibited use, privacy covers data processing, and AML covers identity checks and abnormal activity. None replaces the others.
Returning funds
The refund policy covers eligibility, fees, authorizations and settlement. Account closure has its own workflow; merchant refunds and account withdrawals are different.
Appeals and rights
Review restrictions under AML and the terms; request data access or correction under privacy. Identify the operation, records and specific request.
Keeping versions and dispute records
Operational guidance does not add rights or obligations or replace policy text. Applicable conditions follow the relevant terms and effective version.
Record the applicable version
Keep the document link, version, effective date and operation date. An editorial maintenance date is not a new legal effective date or a change to existing transaction rules.
Organize evidence
List orders, transactions, prompts, tickets and replies chronologically. State currency and fund status for monetary issues, and redact complete payment credentials.
Submit through official channels
Specify the check or action requested and update the original ticket. Legal effect and dispute resolution follow the terms; support summaries do not replace them.
