Account balance refunds: requests, fees and tracking
Refunding Pikabao Virtual Credit Cards account funds is separate from closing the account. Check eligible funds, per-request charges, the receiving network and request status before arranging a refund.
Refunding account funds
Unused account balance can be requested through the prepaid-refund process without closing the account. Check the request page for the refundable amount, receiving network, fees and waiting conditions.
- Locate the funds
- Check whether funds are in the account or on a card. Card funds must first return to the account through the applicable process.
- Check receiving details
- Use an address you control and check the full address against the selected network, not just its first and last characters.
- Keep the request record
- Record the request ID, net amount and submission time. Track the original request if funds have not arrived instead of submitting duplicates.
Unused account funds and card funds are displayed separately. A prepaid-refund request can return part of the account funds without closing the account. Funds still on a card require a separate return-eligibility check.
Base a request on the currently refundable amount, not past spending, paid service fees or unsettled funds. After a merchant cancellation, wait for the corresponding refund credit rather than counting an approval message as received money.
A refund request and continued card use are separate matters. Keeping the account does not cancel merchant subscriptions. Manage renewals with the merchant and budget for outstanding bills.
Steps for a prepaid-refund request
Log into the official account page, open the prepaid-refund option and review refundable funds, minimums and charges. If money remains on a card, check its returnable amount first rather than entering the full card balance.
Enter the request amount and choose an available network supported by the receiving wallet. Use an address you control and check the full address and currency. Similar-looking addresses do not establish a correct network selection.
Recheck charges and net receipt before submission and keep the request ID and time. Track the original request afterward. If details are wrong, use any available cancellation option instead of submitting another request to overwrite the error.
After processing, match the transfer record with wallet receipt. Platform dispatch and wallet crediting are not the same moment. Link the request ID to the transfer hash when investigating.
Per-request charges and net-receipt examples
The published account-refund charge is a fixed $3 per request including the blockchain transfer fee. Check applicable rules, the request amount and net receipt at submission. This charge applies to external account refunds, not internal returns of card funds.
If the page confirms an $80 request with a $3 charge, the net receipt is $77. If total balance is $100 but only $80 is currently refundable, the calculation still uses $80, not a $97 net receipt.
For an illustrative $80 total, one request costs $3. Two $40 requests cost $6 in total and yield $74. This only explains per-request charging; each request must also meet minimum and eligibility conditions.
Consider upcoming bills when planning refunds. Do not withdraw needed payment funds solely to avoid one request fee. If funds will later be allocated to a card again, check that funding charge as a separate operation.
Cooling-off, cancellation and dispatch states
The current process includes a 24-hour safety cooling-off period with cancellation through the page. Normal processing dispatches afterward. Its end does not resolve every exception; review unsettled funds and necessary checks against the request status.
Keep the submission time and estimated processing guidance. Distinguish submitted, cancellable, processing and dispatched states. Without a transfer record, processing does not prove an on-chain transfer, and a finished countdown does not establish wallet receipt.
For wrong receiving details during cooling-off, check whether cancellation is still available. After dispatch, closing the page or deleting a record cannot recall the blockchain transaction. Keep the original details and promptly ask official support about possible handling.
Account refunds versus account closure
Use this comparison to select an operation, not as a guarantee of every request outcome. Refunds move eligible funds out; closure also involves cards, outstanding transactions and ending account access. Do not close an account just to recover part of its funds.
| Item | Prepaid refund | Account closure |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Return eligible account funds | End account use and settle under the rules |
| Account use | A refund request is not account closure | The closed account is no longer available for use |
| Cards and bills | Continue managing renewals, holds and card funds | Review cards and outstanding matters first |
| Amounts and charges | Follow request-page funds and per-request charges | Follow settlement funds and applicable charges |
Before account closure, review cards, merchant renewals, holds and pending refunds. Follow the closure page for the sequence and refund conditions. Submitting closure does not establish immediate settlement of every transaction.
External prepaid-account material explains general fee-disclosure principles. Applicability of a country’s consumer rules depends on the entity, service and law. A reference link does not establish that those protections cover Pikabao Virtual Credit Cards.

Records for tracking a missing refund
Before dispatch, provide the request ID, time, displayed state and net amount. Supply any requested evidence through official channels. Do not submit duplicates or pay a private address to “speed up” the refund.
With a transfer hash, use the selected network explorer to check state, currency, destination and amount. If blockchain details are correct but the wallet has not credited, review the receiving service’s crediting conditions.
Start an investigation with redacted records. Addresses and transaction hashes can expose public fund activity, so share them only through necessary channels. Private keys, seed phrases, passwords and one-time codes are not refund evidence.
Track the original fund movement
Check the fund location and operation state before choosing an action. Retain the original transaction reference for official support if funds have not arrived.
