TIERED FEE MYTH

Published card-funding rates and business quotes

Check Pikabao Virtual Credit Cards’ fees separately from funds. Calculate each issuing or funding operation before submitting and reconcile it against the completed order.

Public fees and enterprise quotes

The currently published card-funding rate is 3%. A larger amount does not by itself establish a tiered discount. Businesses may request an official assessment; capabilities, fees and eligibility require separate confirmation.

These examples calculate funding an existing card at the published 3% rate. Fees increase proportionally with funds; crossing an amount tier does not establish an automatic discount. New-issuance fees are excluded.

AllocationRateFeeAccount debitCard credit
$503%$1.50$51.50$50
$1003%$3$103$100
$5003%$15$515$500
$1,0003%$30$1,030$1,000
$5,0003%$150$5,150$5,000
$10,0003%$300$10,300$10,000

Compare quotes using the same fund direction and calculation base. Free account deposits, charged card allocations and sender withdrawal costs are different stages; the smallest displayed percentage is not a complete comparison.

Budgeting with a uniform rate

At 3%, each $100 allocation has a $3 fee. Allocating $500 illustrates $15; five allocations of $100 still total $15. Splitting or combining does not automatically change the proportional rate.

A rate does not establish underlying clearing costs, profitability or all risk controls. Check the applicable rate, calculation base and total debit instead of treating a cost explanation as an audited fact.

Do not treat funding fees as principal when calculating returnable funds. Reallocating returned account funds to a card requires another fee check; circulation does not establish free funding.

Information for a business assessment

  1. Describe actual payment purposes, expected monthly funds and unclosed-card needs. Ordinary users have up to five cards; approved advertising users may have up to thirty. A business inquiry does not grant unlimited issuance.

  2. For reconciliation, collaboration or integration, describe specific needs and workflows. APIs, subaccounts, dedicated BINs and response arrangements need official confirmation rather than being assumed available.

  3. Review fee items, effective conditions, segment scope and refund paths in a quote. Do not infer unconfirmed discounts, eligibility thresholds or response times from numbers in an older FAQ.

  4. Organize an inquiry by purpose, funding estimate, card count and reconciliation needs. Estimated monthly funds are not an approved funding cap, and a requested count is not an allowance already granted.

  5. For advertising payments, describe billing cycles, automatic adjustments and required networks or regions. Until approval, follow existing account and segment rules rather than depositing extra to meet an assumed eligibility threshold.

Actual outlay beyond proportional fees

Reconcile costs against actual items rather than describing conditional charges as hidden fees. Not every decline is charged, and external-refund costs apply to the relevant operation.

For a segment with three free declines and $0.40 thereafter, five counted declines illustrate $0.80. This does not apply to uncharged segments. Counts follow segment rules and fee records.

Checking third-party discount claims

If someone advertises 1.8% funding or internal pricing, verify the channel and quote officially. A small credit, group screenshot or claimed employee status does not establish fund origin, later handling or true charges.

Do not provide intermediaries with passwords, one-time codes, private keys or identity documents for proxy use. Avoid unexplained funds and transfers to unfamiliar private addresses as a “discount deposit.”

For an existing problem, retain messages, transfers and order records for official investigation. Restrictions and fund handling depend on facts and applicable rules, not a guarantee inferred from one small success.

Match quotes and orders on the same basis

Record allocation, funding fee, issuing fee and other applicable items separately and reconcile the account debit. Card funds correspond to the allocation, not total outlay or fees already paid.

For differences between public rates and a written quote, confirm the segment, operation and effective conditions before paying. An unapproved relayed quote is not the current rate for every user.

Compare quotes using the same $500 allocation, card count, proportional and fixed charges. If a lower rate includes other separate fees, calculate confirmed total service charges instead of quoting only the lowest percentage.

A quote should identify the operation and segments. New-issuance outlay is not the cost of funding an existing card, and an assessment for one business does not establish a site-wide rate.

If validity or effective conditions are unclear, confirm applicability before submitting and retain the written confirmation and order. For a difference, identify which item changed at the same funding amount before asking how it will be handled.
