Account deposits versus card funding

Pikabao Virtual Credit Cards publish a $0 account-deposit fee and a 3% card-funding fee. Sender withdrawal charges, network costs, issuing fees and later refund fees belong to different stages.

Sender charges
Check the exchange or wallet withdrawal charge and receiving amount. A free platform deposit does not make the sender operation free.
Platform credit
Check that the actual received amount meets the per-deposit minimum, then review the account credit.
Allocation to a card
Calculate card funds and the 3% funding fee. A new card also requires the applicable issuing fee.

Funds first enter the account and are then allocated to a specific card. The $0 account-deposit fee and 3% funding fee apply to separate operations. Check sender charges, the receiving amount and platform crediting independently.

If a sender deducts 2 USDT from 102 USDT, the expected receipt is 100 USDT. Allocating $50 to an existing card after crediting adds a $1.50 funding fee. The sender’s 2 USDT is not a platform account-deposit fee.

Fees to check at each stage

The table separates fund directions and charging stages. Include conditional charges only when applicable; one card’s decline-fee rules do not apply to every segment.

StagePublished terms or verification
Account deposit$0 platform account-deposit fee; sender and network charges checked separately
New issuanceActual issuing fee from $1, plus card funds and funding fee
Card funding3% of funds allocated to the card
Return card funds to the accountCheck returnable funds, holds and applicable conditions
Merchant refundMatch the original payment, refund amount and actual credit
External refundConfirm fees, network and net receipt at submission
Decline feesMost segments do not charge; check counts and rates where applicable

Returning card funds to the account is different from an external refund. Holds, card status and waiting conditions affect the available amount. Check applicable policies and order records for previously charged service fees.

Per-deposit minimums and issuing budgets

  1. Check the current account-deposit page for the per-transfer receiving minimum. A sender input meeting the minimum does not mean the post-fee receipt meets it. Use the actual receiving amount.

  2. Calculate issuance separately. $20 on the card, a $1 issuing fee and $0.60 funding fee illustrate $21.60. A $20 account-deposit minimum is not the same as that issuing budget.

  3. Check current amount caps, account status and segment conditions. Increased account or card balance does not raise read-only per-transaction or daily spending limits.

Sending networks and actual receipts

Use only the USDT networks and matching addresses currently on the deposit page. TRC20 and ERC20 costs and timing change; no network is permanently cheaper. Older articles do not establish fiat or private-transfer support.

For USDT held on a particular network, first confirm a matching deposit option, then check the sender network and full address. Stop if the options do not match rather than relying on a similar address format.

Sender processing, unconfirmed blockchain transfers and missing platform credit are distinct states. Retain the TxID, asset, network, amount and time to track the original transfer instead of sending a test payment.

Deducted and separately paid sender charges can produce different receipts for the same input. Reconcile account credit against the actual receipt while keeping sender costs separately in the budget.

Save the transaction hash together with its network. Similar hash or address formats can appear on different chains. Failure to find a record on the wrong explorer does not prove transfer failure.

Published rates and business assessments

The published funding rate is 3%, without an automatic discount merely for larger amounts. Allocating $500 to existing cards costs $15 at this rate. Five allocations of $100 have the same $15 proportional total.

Businesses can request an official assessment describing payment purposes, expected funding and unclosed-card needs. Confirm pricing, eligibility, card counts and scope separately; a request does not grant lower fees or dedicated features.

Unconfirmed APIs, team subaccounts and dedicated BINs are not established available features. Verify third-party discounted-funding claims officially without providing passwords, one-time codes or identity documents for proxy use.

Evidence for a billing difference

  1. Record the operation and order ID, distinguishing deposits, card funding, issuance and refunds. An apparent missing amount can arise at different stages; identify the particular order first.

  2. List the sent amount, receipt, card credit and service fee and reconcile by direction. A blockchain explorer can check a transfer, but its record alone does not establish completed card funding.

  3. For mismatched amounts, submit redacted records with times and errors. Support does not need private keys, seed phrases, full card numbers or CVVs. Verify the channel if a stranger asks for payment to “unlock funds.”

  4. A simple reconciliation can use three lines: sender amount, charge and receipt; account credit; then card destination, allocation and funding charge. This locates a difference at sending, crediting or card funding.

  5. After receiving 100 USDT, two $30 existing-card allocations at 3% illustrate $60 in funds and $1.80 in charges, leaving $38.20 without other activity. Each card receives $30, not $60 each.

  6. Specify the compared field: total sender outlay, platform receipt, account debit or card credit. These can legitimately differ within the same workflow. Compare values on the same basis.
