USDT Purchase and Transfer Guide
Pikabao provides a deposit entry, not fiat-to-USDT trading or exchange. Choose an available service under local rules, estimate funds and check supported networks, addresses and received amounts before transferring.
Buying USDT and Depositing to Pikabao
External purchase and withdrawal
An external service you choose handles USDT purchase, exchange and withdrawal; Pikabao does not provide these trading services. Confirm local availability and legality and complete the provider’s identity and source-of-funds checks.
Account deposits and card funding
After purchase, transfer using the network and address currently displayed by Pikabao. Following confirmation and crediting, funds become account balance; fund the target card separately. Do not use another person’s wallet credentials or bypass regional restrictions.
Preparation and Security
Service and network
Confirm the service supports your location, USDT and the required withdrawal network.
Identity and security
Complete your identity checks, enable security and review trading and withdrawal fees.
Current deposit entry
Open the official deposit page for current networks, addresses and minimums.
Payment and credentials
Check counterparties and payment channels; never disclose passwords, codes or seed phrases.
Stablecoin prices, exchange rates, service fees and withdrawal status can change. USDT is not risk-free cash. Prepare only the funds needed and retain purchase and transfer records.
Estimating Funds and Fees
Issuing fees start at $1 and vary by segment, with no monthly or annual fee. Account deposits cost $0; card funding costs 3%. The sending service charges any network or withdrawal fees under its own rules. Review issuance, funded amount, funding fee and account deduction before submitting.
Example: with a $1 issuing fee and $20 funded, the account needs $21.60 ($20 + $0.60 funding fee + $1 issuance). The $20 remains card funds. This is not a universal minimum cost: check the selected segment’s minimum funding and issuing fee.
| Target card funds | 3% funding fee | Account need with assumed $1 issuance |
|---|---|---|
| $20 | $0.60 | $21.60 |
| $50 | $1.50 | $52.50 |
| $100 | $3.00 | $104.00 |
The table excludes external trading, withdrawal and network fees. Check that net received funds meet the deposit minimum, and estimate any bill buffer separately. These examples are not mandatory purchase amounts.
Matching Deposit and Withdrawal Networks
USDT exists on several networks. Current Pikabao deposit entries use TRC20 / ERC20; check the deposit page for availability. The sending network must match the selected entry. The same token name does not make networks interchangeable.
| Check | TRC20 | ERC20 |
|---|---|---|
| Network | Tron network entry | Ethereum network entry |
| Address | Copy the current TRC20 entry address | Copy the current ERC20 entry address |
| Fees and wait | Check provider and network status | Check provider and network status |
A test transfer must also meet the net deposit minimum and external withdrawal threshold. Do not send below-minimum funds merely to make a small test.
Same token, different networks
The same USDT name does not establish compatibility between sender and receiver. Use the network selected in the deposit entry and confirm it again with the sender; do not substitute another network solely for a lower fee.
A plausible address does not establish the network
Address format and past records are supplementary checks, not replacements for the current entry. Verify the full address and network after copying; stop and inspect the device if the clipboard may have changed or the source is unclear.
Four Checks Before Withdrawal
Token
Token: use the USDT required by the deposit page, not a similar token.
Network
Network: match the sending network to the current deposit entry.
Full address
Address: copy from the official dashboard and verify the full address; checking ends is only supplementary.
Net received amount
Amount: check net receipt after fees, minimums and any additional requirements.
Recheck the entry before submission. Old screenshots, historical addresses or forwarded messages do not replace the current page. Stop if the clipboard address changes and inspect the device and source.
Withdrawal Review, Confirmation and Crediting
Arrival includes external review, broadcasting, blockchain confirmations and account crediting. Each stage can be delayed. Typical TRC20 or ERC20 times are references, not guarantees of a few minutes, and amount alone does not predict timing.
Not broadcast
No TxID: ask the sender about withdrawal review.
On-chain processing
TxID available: check status, address and amount on the correct explorer.
Receiver crediting
Confirmed but not credited: contact support with TxID, network, net amount and deposit record.
Wrong Networks, Low Amounts and Arrival Issues
Stop duplicate transfers
Wrong networks, addresses or below-minimum amounts can prevent automatic crediting. Do not send again to cover the problem or assume blockchain success equals platform crediting.
Retain records and investigate
Keep records and submit the TxID, token, network, address and actual amount so the sender and receiver can investigate options. Blockchain transfers cannot simply be reversed, and investigation does not guarantee recovery. Do not pay strangers promising guaranteed recovery.
Fund the card after crediting
Account balance and each card’s funds are separate. After an account deposit arrives, fund the intended card before using it. Card balance changes with spending and does not reset monthly. Per-transaction and daily limits are read-only; funding does not raise them.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy USDT directly from Pikabao?
No. Pikabao provides deposit entries, not trading or exchange. Choose an external service lawfully available where you live. Purchase and depositing are separate operations.
How much funding should I prepare?
Example: with a $1 issuing fee and $20 funded, the account needs $21.60 ($20 + $0.60 funding fee + $1 issuance). The $20 remains card funds. This is not a universal minimum cost: check the selected segment’s minimum funding and issuing fee.
How should I choose TRC20 or ERC20?
Choose a network supported by both the current deposit entry and sender. Match both sides and compare actual fees and net minimums. Test transfers must meet minimums too.
Can a wrong-network transfer be handled?
Retain TxID, token, network, address and amount, and contact the sender and Pikabao support. Handling depends on the network and receiver’s capabilities; recovery is not guaranteed. Do not send again.
When will USDT arrive?
External review, confirmations and crediting are separate and can be delayed. Check chain status using TxID and query confirmed but uncredited funds with records. There is no fixed-minute guarantee.
Why is the card unfunded after a deposit?
Account balance and each card’s funds are separate. After an account deposit arrives, fund the intended card before using it. Card balance changes with spending and does not reset monthly. Per-transaction and daily limits are read-only; funding does not raise them.
Why can the sent and received amounts differ?
A sending service may deduct withdrawal fees from the sent amount or charge them separately. Check fee handling and net receipt against the current deposit minimum. Pikabao’s $0 account-deposit fee does not mean external transfers have no fees.
Check Uses and Fees Before Issuing a Pikabao Card
Register and complete required checks, review current segments, merchant requirements and actual fees, then fund the intended card for its bills.
