Where card-funding fees apply

Allocating account balance to a card carries the currently published 3% card-funding fee. Account deposits and card funding are separate operations; reconcile funds received separately from fees.

Confirm the destination
Select the intended card and check its last four digits to avoid funding a different card.
Check the total debit
Calculate allocated funds and fees separately. The displayed account debit should account for both.
Review available funds
After funding, check pending authorizations and transaction limits. Received funds do not guarantee acceptance of every payment.

Account balance and individual card funds are separate. A USDT deposit credits the account; card funding then allocates part of that balance to a selected card. The 3% charge applies to allocation, not the account deposit.

A funded card does not guarantee acceptance. Check available funds, authorization holds, transaction limits and merchant requirements rather than treating the total funded balance as usable for any transaction.

Funding amounts versus total debits

For an existing card, the example formula is account debit = allocated amount + allocated amount × 3%. The table excludes new-issuance fees and does not establish that each amount fits every segment’s funding limits.

Allocated funds3% feeAccount debitCard credit
$20$0.60$20.60$20
$100$3$103$100
$500$15$515$500
$1,000$30$1,030$1,000
$5,000$150$5,150$5,000
$20,000$600$20,600$20,000

New issuance adds the actual issuing fee: $20 of funds, a $1 issuing fee and $0.60 of funding fees illustrate $21.60. Check sender and network costs separately rather than combining them with the card-funding fee.

Check funding conditions separately from transaction limits

  1. Read the funding page’s minimum, maximum and available account funds for this operation. New-card minimums and existing-card funding conditions can differ; an issuing example does not establish submission eligibility.

  2. Per-transaction and daily spending limits are read-only segment properties. Funding increases balance, not those limits; adding money does not resolve an over-limit payment.

  3. When a funding or card-use boundary is reached, follow the page and ask support. New cards remain subject to purpose and unclosed-card allowances; repeated replacement does not bypass restrictions.

Three checks for one funding order

  1. Before submission, record the selected card’s last four digits, allocation and total debit. With multiple cards, confirm the destination so renewal funds do not go to the wrong one.

  2. After completion, reconcile the account debit, fee and card credit. Allocating $40 with a $1.20 fee illustrates $41.20 of account outlay. Subsequent merchant spending is a separate transaction.

  3. For differing amounts or a processing state, retain the order ID and time for support. Do not submit another allocation to test crediting before resolving the original order, and hide complete payment credentials in screenshots.

  4. With an initial $100 account balance, allocating $40 at 3% leaves an illustrative $58.80 without other activity, while the card receives $40. A later $18 merchant charge belongs to the card record, not another subtraction from account balance.

  5. For two equal allocations, distinguish them by order ID and time, not amount alone. If one completes while another is pending, track each state rather than treating the combined amount as proof both completed.

Allocation frequency and proportional fees

Allocating $60 at 3% costs $1.80. Three allocations of $20 have the same $1.80 proportional total. Fewer operations can reduce administration, not automatically lower the rate on the same funding total.

Fund according to bills rather than allocating far more than needed to combine operations. An optional $1–3 buffer above the actual bill may help; API usage, advertising and adjustments need their own budgets. The buffer is not a fixed platform fee.

Separate cards help manage purposes, balances and renewals but add applicable issuing fees and consume unclosed-card slots. They do not guarantee account independence, risk isolation or acceptance, and do not reduce proportional funding fees.

If two cards each need $30, each allocation costs an illustrative $0.90, totaling $1.80. Allocating all $60 to one card costs the same but does not automatically fund payments on the other. Match funds to the paying card.

After funding ahead of renewal, review available funds before charging. Other spending or holds can change availability. A completed allocation proves that operation, not sufficient funds for every later period.

Handling funding exceptions and preparing evidence

If the account has enough balance but submission fails, check input conditions, the error and selected card status. If the account was debited but the card has not updated, inspect the original order instead of equating a stale display with lost funds.

Start a support investigation with the order ID, time, expected amount and actual state. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers or CVVs. External network-fee materials are general references, not proof of a particular platform order’s charge.
