IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Checking identity-verification failures and review records

Distinguish unsubmitted, pending and explicitly rejected checks, then review genuine details, formatting and the exact error. Resolve duplicate-identity notices through the original account or official support, never another person’s identity. Review timing follows current notices; resubmission does not establish approval.

Submitting and verifying identity information

Distinguish unsubmitted, pending and explicitly rejected checks, then review genuine details, formatting and the exact error. Resolve duplicate-identity notices through the original account or official support, never another person’s identity. Review timing follows current notices; resubmission does not establish approval.

Confirm submission status
Check records and notices; a stalled page does not necessarily mean rejection.
Compare fields with your details
Check names, numbers, dates and character formats without altering genuine details to test rules.
Keep the error and time
Use masked screenshots, submission time and record ID to track the original request instead of rapid retries.

Unresponsive pages, pending reviews and explicit rejection require different actions. Look for a submission record, request ID or notice before checking the browser, waiting for review or correcting fields.

Data entry, code verification and identity review are separate stages. A code error does not prove document rejection; a network issue does not prove ineligibility. Do not infer a definitive cause from one symptom.

Consistent details, formatting and duplicate-identity notices

Compare name, document type and number, and birth date with your valid details. Review date order, characters and extra spaces under the instructions rather than invent ranked causes or approval rates.

For an identity-in-use notice, check your previous accounts or unfinished requests and ask official support. Do not use another person’s unused identity or create accounts to bypass restrictions.

If the page explicitly excludes a region, age, document type or another eligibility condition, formatting changes cannot remove it. Follow current requirements without fabricated addresses or altered birth dates.

Choose the next action from the actual notice

The table suggests actions, not a diagnosis of internal review. Retain the exact notice and time, and check the original request before changing multiple fields and losing evidence.

For technical issues, confirm status before using a trusted network or updated browser. Do not use proxies to disguise location. If accepted for processing, check whether refreshing or resubmitting creates duplicates.

Check details before resubmitting

  1. Compare each field with genuine details and input requirements. Correct specific spacing, date-order or spelling errors; genuine name, identity and birth date do not change because of a review outcome.

  2. For code problems, check the authenticator account, device time and prompts. Do not send codes, recovery codes or secrets to support; identity assistance does not require someone to enter your code.

  3. Resubmit once the original request is finished or the page permits additional details. Record changes and time, avoid rapid retries and do not assume one resubmission guarantees approval.

Pending status, result notices and manual review

Accepted submission is not completed review. Check account status, registered email and spam; use current notices for timing. Without a result, do not assume failure or register again.

After a stated timeframe passes, ask using the original ID, time and masked notice. Manual review does not prove wrongdoing, and rejection does not automatically mean account freezing; check states separately.

Necessary records for official support

  1. Record request ID, time and timezone, exact notice, device and browser version. Identify whether it is unsubmitted, pending or rejected so support can locate the original record.

  2. Mask full document and card numbers, CVVs, codes and passwords in screenshots. If additional identity material is required, verify the official secure channel and scope rather than send it to impersonators.

  3. Continue the original ticket rather than change identities or create multiple requests. Support may request details, waiting or explain unsupported conditions; contacting support does not guarantee approval.

Retention of review data and rights requests

Rejected checks do not imply automatic deletion of submitted data, and account closure may not immediately erase all review or transaction records. Check retention, deletion requests and exceptions under the privacy policy and applicable obligations.

Use official privacy contacts for access, correction or deletion requests and retain the record. Do not invent administrator permissions, encryption implementations or fixed retention periods; rely on the stated process and outcome.
