USDT deposit timing and progress tracking
USDT deposits to Pikabao Virtual Credit Cards involve sender processing, blockchain confirmation and account crediting. Track the original transfer against the current deposit-page estimate.
Blockchain confirmation and deposit timing
Deposits involve sender processing, blockchain confirmation and platform crediting. Use the current deposit page for estimated timing. A completed sender withdrawal does not itself prove platform crediting; retain the transaction hash for overdue deposits.
- Has the sender submitted?
- If it is under review, queued or processing, check with the sender instead of sending another platform deposit.
- Is it confirmed on-chain?
- Look up the TxID on the appropriate network explorer and check currency, receiving address and amount.
- Has the account been credited?
- After verifying blockchain details, check the platform deposit record. Contact support if the page estimate has been exceeded.
Sender processing, blockchain confirmation and platform crediting are three stages. An exchange’s completed state usually refers to its sending workflow, but still check the actual blockchain record. An account increase needs a platform credit record.
The current deposit page provides an estimate for the selected network. Congestion, sender review and exception handling can extend the process. Do not assume amounts, account states or other conditions never affect deposits.
Track the original transfer while waiting rather than sending a deposit test. Another transfer does not accelerate the first, and two transfers do not necessarily combine to meet a per-transfer minimum.
Sender, confirmation and crediting states
Use records to identify the current stage, not elapsed time alone. The sender, network explorer and account-deposit page provide different evidence. Match the network, address and amount across them.
| Current evidence | What it establishes | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Sender review or queue | Sender processing remains pending | Check sender status and whether a TxID exists |
| TxID exists, unconfirmed | The original transfer can be inspected on its network | Verify destination and amount and follow confirmation |
| Confirmed without account credit | Blockchain completion, not account crediting | Review conditions and ask support to investigate |
| Account deposit record exists | Check this deposit amount and state | Reconcile before issuing or funding a card |
TRC20 and ERC20 confirmation times and sender charges change. Use currently available options and estimates rather than describing one network as permanently faster or cheaper.
Even after confirmation, check supported currency, network, actual receipt and account records. Blockchain success alone does not establish platform deposit eligibility.
Sender timestamps and estimated timing
Distinguish withdrawal-request time, sender completion time and blockchain time. Clicking withdraw does not prove submission on-chain. Review sender rules for queues, checks and funding restrictions.
Some senders provide a TxID while displaying processing; a completed transfer may not yet be searchable. Check the network and complete hash, then the sender’s definitions rather than relying on a single label.
Use the deposit page’s defined starting point and time zone when comparing estimates. Convert local timestamps and UTC to the same zone so display differences are not mistaken for delays.
For a long wait without a TxID, ask the sender whether dispatch actually occurred. For a correct confirmed transfer missing platform credit, give official support the full transaction details.
Actual receipts and account-deposit charges
The platform account-deposit fee is $0, but the sender may deduct a withdrawal charge. Check input, charge method and expected receipt rather than adding a fixed 1 or 2 USDT for every sender.
If 26 USDT is entered and the sender deducts 1 USDT, the expected receipt is 25 USDT. When charges are paid separately, 25 USDT may be sent instead. Check the actual sender interface rather than equating input and account receipt.
Compare the actual receipt with the current per-transfer minimum. A below-minimum original transfer needs investigation; a small second transfer does not establish combined crediting.
Depositing USDT and allocating account funds to a card are separate. After account crediting, check issuing or funding fees, input conditions and destinations. A blockchain transfer does not establish that a card has been funded.

Checks for an overdue deposit
Check sender status and the TxID. For review or queuing, ask the sender under its rules instead of sending another transfer to the same address.
Use the correct network explorer to check currency, the full destination, amount and confirmation. Do not check only the first and last four characters; verify unfamiliar tracking links too.
Compare the current platform network, address and per-transfer minimum and inspect account records. Wrong networks, currencies or addresses require exception handling; recovery is not guaranteed.
If these details are correct and the estimate has passed without credit, provide the TxID, network, amount, sending time and page state. Support does not need private keys, seed phrases or account one-time codes.
Blockchain confirmation and tracking boundaries
Broadcast, block inclusion and subsequent confirmations are different stages with network-specific displays. Use the current page and records for required confirmations and any crediting checks, not an assumption that one confirmation guarantees credit.
An explorer shows transfer evidence, not the platform’s full internal ledger. For a correct confirmed transfer without an account update, support still needs to compare the deposit records.
For wrong addresses or networks, keep the original hash. Do not pay strangers a recovery charge or provide keys. Blockchain transfers are difficult to reverse; investigation does not guarantee recovery capability, a deadline or a full return.
After crediting, retain the account record and verify the amount before planning card funds. For another transfer, recheck the current address, network and sender costs rather than relying on the previous screenshot.

Track the original fund movement
Check the fund location and operation state before choosing an action. Retain the original transaction reference for official support if funds have not arrived.
