Wrong networks and below-minimum deposit handling
Investigate deposit exceptions with Pikabao Virtual Credit Cards by amount, network, currency and address. Keep the original transfer record rather than testing outcomes with additional payments.
Checking amounts, networks and currencies
Below-minimum deposits are not automatically credited through the normal process. Wrong networks or currencies also involve asset compatibility and address control. Give support the original transaction; manual crediting or return depends on the investigation.
- Check the received amount
- Sender fees may reduce received funds below the minimum. Check the actual on-chain amount.
- Keep the transfer path
- Record the sender, actual network and destination address, not just a balance screenshot.
- Confirm the investigation outcome
- Ask whether the original transfer can be handled and what information is needed. Do not send more funds or a supposed unlocking fee without confirmation.
A different amount from the original plan is not necessarily an erroneous deposit if the asset and network are correct. Check the current minimum, full address and account record. Meeting the amount condition still requires confirmation and platform crediting.
Below-minimum receipts, wrong networks, wrong assets and address errors are distinct problems. Waiting or adding a small amount does not resolve them all, and an investigation does not guarantee manual crediting or return.
Preserve the original transfer and stop sending to the destination when an exception appears. Ask about cancellation before broadcasting. Once submitted on-chain, closing a page or deleting an address-book entry does not reverse it.
Sent amounts, receipts and per-transfer minimums
The currently published per-transfer receiving minimum is 20 USDT; check current deposit instructions. Sender deductions can leave receipts below the minimum even if the input meets it. Investigate actual received amounts.
Sending 20 USDT with a 1 USDT deduction illustrates a 19 USDT receipt. Another 1 USDT does not establish automatic combination. If another transfer was already sent, retain both TxIDs and stop further trials.
If the planned receipt was 25 USDT but 30 USDT was correctly sent, reconcile actual credit and the intended budget. Extra funds are separate from fees, are not automatically returned and do not directly fund an individual card.
Exception types and investigation steps
Identify where the error occurred before choosing whom to contact. These are investigation paths, not recovery promises. Handling can depend on transaction status, address control, technical conditions and applicable rules.
| Situation | Check first | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Different amount meeting the minimum | Asset, network, address and actual receipt | Reconcile chain and account records; investigate discrepancies |
| Receipt below the minimum | Fee method, receipt and per-transfer requirements | Provide the TxID; do not assume top-ups combine automatically |
| Wrong network or asset | Actual chain, asset and destination | Contact the sender and official support; stop further transfers |
| Incorrect address | Full actual destination and intended deposit address | Check sending status and cancellation options; recovery is not guaranteed |
Keep a ticket or inquiry reference after providing records and link replies to the original TxID. Confirm additional evidence, handling feasibility and conditions officially rather than paying a stranger’s recovery quote.
Limits of handling network and address errors
USDT exists on different networks, but the platform accepts only the matching assets offered on its deposit page. Similar formats, identical asset names and success with another platform do not establish compatibility.
Verify the actual chain and destination from that network’s records. Even a matching address does not establish platform control of assets on that chain or technical ability to retrieve the wrong asset.
If no TxID is available, request a transfer record and status from the sender. If a TxID differs from expectations, provide the genuine record and explain the difference rather than editing screenshots or substituting another transfer.
This page does not set a universal recovery deadline or guarantee recoverability after investigation. Verify any request for keys, seed phrases or an additional unlocking payment through official channels.

Checks before any further transfer
Return to the official deposit page and review its current asset, network, full address and maintenance guidance, not only an old screenshot. Do not send unavailable assets or networks.
Verify the entire pasted address and match the asset and network at the sender. First and last characters are insufficient; check the decoded destination of a QR code too.
Check expected receipts against the minimum using the current fee method, not a fixed extra 2 USDT. Resolve the previous exception through official guidance before sending more.
Keep the time, asset, network, amount, address, TxID and inquiry reference. Provide necessary redacted evidence without wallet keys, passwords, full card numbers or CVVs.
