Published fees and verification

Fee disclosure lets users separate card funds, service fees and conditional charges before submission and reconcile the bill afterward. Published rates do not make every operation free or replace an order-specific breakdown.

Keep the pre-submission breakdown
Record the operation, funds, rate and total debit for comparison with the completed record.
Identify conditional charges
Confirm decline charges by segment and applicable rules. Do not count an external-refund charge if no such refund occurs.
Investigate differences by order
Reconcile by order ID rather than combining holds, merchant taxes and platform service charges.

Disclosure separates funds from service charges, supporting calculation before submission and reconciliation afterward. Disclosure alone does not establish fund safety, acceptance or audited backend costs.

Compare matching purposes, amounts, segments and periods, not claims that all competitors hide fees. A question needing support is not automatically a hidden charge; check actual conditions and records.

Account deposits, card allocations, issuance and external refunds have separate charging stages. Check conditional fees for relevant operations rather than adding every fee to every order.

Fields to check when reading a fee schedule

  1. Identify the operation and direction: into the account, onto a card, new issuance or account refund. Similar labels may name the same fee or different stages; avoid double counting.

  2. Check the base, rate and fixed charges. “From $1” is not a fixed price for every card; 3% applies to allocated funds; a $0 deposit fee does not make sender operations free.

  3. Confirm triggers, segment scope, dates and order details. Do not apply decline fees to uncharged segments or infer future applicability from old screenshots.

Routine fund flows and their charges

The published card-funding rate is 3%, without an automatic volume-tier reduction. Allocating $500 costs $15; five allocations of $100 have the same proportional total.

OperationPublished termsCalculation base
Account deposit$0 platform deposit feeCheck receipts and sender costs separately
New issuanceIssuing fee from $1Confirm each card’s segment
Allocate card funds3% funding feeCalculated on allocated funds
External account refund$3 per request including blockchain costsCheck refundable funds and conditions

Money allocated to a card is payment funding, not a platform charge. Once fees are charged, the initial outlay is not all remaining balance or future refundable principal.

Periodic charges versus conditional fees

There is currently no monthly or annual fee, but merchant subscriptions can continue and earlier issuing or funding fees do not disappear during inactivity. Idle cards do not automatically close; manage renewals, funds and slots.

Most segments do not charge declines. Charged segments currently allow three free attempts per calendar month and $0.40 thereafter. Verify counts, boundaries and debits; small verification amounts do not establish exemption.

External refunds are charged per request, separate from internal card-fund returns. A partial account refund need not close the account. Before ending service, review unsettled transactions, refunds and card requirements.

Fee checks before and after submission

These checks compare actual charges, not competitors’ profits or intentions. Ask official support about missing or inconsistent information before paying.

A $40 allocation to an existing card illustrates $40 of funds, $1.20 of fees and $41.20 total debit. Report expected and actual amounts separately, not only a balance screenshot.

Recalculate operations and investigate differences

A correct 100 USDT receipt credited at the current 1:1 terms illustrates $100 account credit with a $0 deposit fee. Issuing with $20 funds, an assumed $1 issuing fee and $0.60 funding fee leaves $78.40 in the account and $20 on the card.

A later $18 merchant debit illustrates $2 remaining on the card without another $18 account debit. Holds can affect availability separately. The example excludes tax, conversion and other conditional charges.

For unreconciled amounts, keep confirmations, orders and fee records for an official explanation of the same operation. A schedule does not replace order details or prove a difference is a hidden charge.
