Registration, Verification and Issuance

Register with an email you can keep receiving messages at and set a password. Complete the required identity verification before first issuance. Google Authenticator two-step verification protects the account: it is not identity verification or a substitute for reviewing identity documents. Use the official dashboard and never disclose passwords or verification codes.

Registration and email activation

Create the account, activate email and use a unique password.

Identity and security checks

Submit your own identity details and required security checks.

Funding and issuance request

After funds arrive, check segment, fees and funds, then request issuance.

Registration does not mean a card has been issued. Do not create duplicate accounts to bypass review or slot limits; resolve details with support.

Check spelling and numbers before submission. Do not share passwords, verification codes or seed phrases with support. Correct errors through the dashboard or support instead of submitting inconsistent records through multiple entries.

Your identity-document name is used for identity review; the registered card name is used for its payment fields. If spelling or details differ, check editable fields with the dashboard or support rather than inventing identity, address or tax information to match a region.

Issuance Timing and Status

Preparation, identity review, blockchain deposits and issuance are separate stages. Completion cannot be promised within a fixed few minutes. Some cards issue quickly; review, network or upstream processing may take longer.

Review progress

Check identity approval and requests for additional details.

Account funds and deductions

Check received funds and issuance deductions; avoid duplicate payment.

Issuance result

Check issuance status; contact support with the request ID if the displayed estimate is exceeded.

Do not require funds already appearing on a card as a universal check before a card exists. Use the actual request’s deduction and processing status.

Card Slots and Transaction Limits

Card slots

Standard users can hold up to 5 unclosed cards. Approved advertising users can hold up to 30 after application, not automatically for every team account. Frozen, idle and inactive cards count until closure completes. Idle cards are not automatically closed.

Funds and read-only limits

Account balance and each card’s funds are separate. After an account deposit arrives, fund the intended card before using it. Card balance changes with spending and does not reset monthly. Per-transaction and daily limits are read-only; funding does not raise them.

Replacement order

Check available slots before replacement. If full, ask support about pending authorizations, refunds and the old card’s closure sequence. Do not close a card carrying active bills just to free a slot.

Networks, Issuing Regions and Uses

Merchant requirements

Check the network, card type, issuing region, merchant category, billing mode and authentication support together. Acceptance is decided by the merchant and issuer. Correct addresses, supported advertising categories or one successful payment do not guarantee another payment.

Current segments

Available segments include the US, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Europe. Check issuance for the actual Visa and Mastercard combinations. Local European segments are available. Billing currency alone does not determine the required issuing country.

Registered details

Payment details include card number, CVV, expiry date, address, postal code and name; enter the registered details shown for your card. Business name, actual location, tax details and platform eligibility must be checked separately using truthful information. A card address is not a substitute. A BIN describes issuance, not residency or account eligibility.

Fixed subscriptions

Prepare the merchant, purchase channel, cycle, currency and checkout total, then check accepted networks, card types and authentication. If an existing card meets the need, a new subscription does not necessarily need another card.

Advertising payments

Check advertising support on the current segment and the ad account’s available billing mode. Review budgets and thresholds with the merchant; card funding does not replace budget settings. Confirm advertising slots against the approval result.

Fees and Payment Checks Before Issuance

Issuing fees start at $1 and vary by segment, with no monthly or annual fee. Account deposits cost $0; card funding costs 3%. The sending service charges any network or withdrawal fees under its own rules. Review issuance, funded amount, funding fee and account deduction before submitting.

Example: with a $1 issuing fee and $20 funded, the account needs $21.60 ($20 + $0.60 funding fee + $1 issuance). The $20 remains card funds. This is not a universal minimum cost: check the selected segment’s minimum funding and issuing fee.

Acceptance checks

Check merchant, card type, billing mode and authentication, not only the network logo.

Bill funding

Fund for the actual bill and check read-only limits separately.

Post-issuance review

Keep issuance and funding records; verify digits, status and registered details after issuance.

Is Google Authenticator identity verification?

Register with an email you can keep receiving messages at and set a password. Complete the required identity verification before first issuance. Google Authenticator two-step verification protects the account: it is not identity verification or a substitute for reviewing identity documents. Use the official dashboard and never disclose passwords or verification codes.

How long does issuance take?

Review, deposit arrival and issuance have separate timing; there is no guaranteed completion in a few minutes. Check the displayed estimate and request status, then contact support with the request ID and redacted records if delayed.

Why can issuance fail after registration?

Check identity approval, security checks, received funds, slots and the fees and initial funding needed for issuance. Follow the dashboard rather than repeatedly submitting to bypass review.

How many cards can one account hold?

Standard users can hold up to 5 unclosed cards. Approved advertising users can hold up to 30 after application, not automatically for every team account. Frozen, idle and inactive cards count until closure completes. Idle cards are not automatically closed.

What should I check when choosing a card?

Check the network, card type, issuing region, merchant category, billing mode and authentication support together. Acceptance is decided by the merchant and issuer. Correct addresses, supported advertising categories or one successful payment do not guarantee another payment.

What should I check after a first payment?

Confirm issuance, registered details and target-card funds, and complete merchant authentication. After payment, compare the order, service state and card records; successful linking or verification is not payment completion.
