USDT Deposits and Card Funding
USDT first enters account balance; fund the intended card separately. Distinguish funds and fees, and check current networks, addresses, net minimums and transaction status to avoid duplicate transfers or funding the wrong card.
Current USDT Deposit Channels
Deposit channels here
USDT is Pikabao’s current deposit-channel policy. Direct Alipay, WeChat or bank-card deposit entries are not provided here. This does not mean domestic payment services or bank cards cannot generally make cross-border payments.
External transfer stages
Transfers still involve external services, network confirmations and deposit processing, not instant settlement without intermediaries. Check the lawful availability, fees and withdrawal rules of your USDT service.
Account Funds, Card Funds and Read-Only Limits
Account balance and each card’s funds are separate. After an account deposit arrives, fund the intended card before using it. Card balance changes with spending and does not reset monthly. Per-transaction and daily limits are read-only; funding does not raise them.
| Location | Use | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Account balance | Issuance, card funding and account operations | $0 deposit fee |
| Card funds | Merchant payments and authorizations on that card | 3% funding fee |
| Read-only limits | Constrain individual or daily transactions | Not funds; funding does not raise limits |
Fund for the actual checkout total or next bill, including displayed tax, currency conversion and unsettled amounts. You may leave an extra $1–3 according to the actual bill. This is a balance buffer, not a fixed fee or a universal tax percentage.
Five Steps from USDT to Card Funds
Open deposit entry
Open the official deposit page, select a supported USDT network and check net minimums.
Match network and address
Copy the full current address and select the same network with the sender.
Check and send
Verify full address, net amount, fees and additional requirements before submitting.
Confirm account credit
Keep TxID and check confirmation and account crediting; avoid duplicate transfers.
Fund the target card
Check target card, funded amount, 3% fee and account deduction, then confirm card funds.
Old addresses or matching only the ends do not establish transfer safety. If delayed, check status; repeated deposits do not accelerate crediting.
Keep separate deposit and card-funding records. Query deposits by TxID, network and net receipt; query card funding by last digits, request and account deduction. Separate records help avoid mistaking blockchain confirmation for a funded card.
Deposit and Card-Funding Calculations
Issuing fees start at $1 and vary by segment, with no monthly or annual fee. Account deposits cost $0; card funding costs 3%. The sending service charges any network or withdrawal fees under its own rules. Review issuance, funded amount, funding fee and account deduction before submitting.
| Card funding | 3% fee | Account funds for this funding only |
|---|---|---|
| $20 | $0.60 | $20.60 |
| $100 | $3.00 | $103.00 |
| $500 | $15.00 | $515.00 |
The table excludes first issuance and external withdrawal fees. At a fixed 3%, funding the same total once or in parts has the same proportional fee; consolidating does not save that percentage. Avoid unnecessary returns and re-funding and check actual deductions.
Deposit Arrival and Card-Funding Status
Processing stages
Deposits involve sender review, chain confirmations and crediting; card funding involves platform and issuer processing. Typical times are not guarantees. Maintenance, congestion and review can cause delays.
Minimum amounts
The current account deposit minimum is 20 USDT. Check whether net receipt determines eligibility and whether the page has updates. Minimum card funding is a separate rule, not the universal issuance minimum for every segment.
Crediting and usable funds
Account balance and each card’s funds are separate. After an account deposit arrives, fund the intended card before using it. Card balance changes with spending and does not reset monthly. Per-transaction and daily limits are read-only; funding does not raise them.
Investigating an Uncredited Deposit
No transaction hash
No TxID: query the sender’s review, payment and broadcasting status.
On-chain record available
TxID available: check network, token, full address, net amount and chain status.
Confirmed but account not credited
Confirmed but not in account: provide transaction information and check minimums and processing.
Account credited but card not funded
Account credited but card not funded: check target card, request, deductions and balance; avoid duplicate actions.
The sender and receiver must investigate wrong networks, low amounts or wrong addresses; recovery is not guaranteed. Never send support seed phrases, private keys or full card credentials.

FAQ
Why is there no direct bank-card deposit entry?
This is Pikabao’s current USDT channel policy, not a conclusion that domestic bank cards cannot make cross-border payments. Check the official deposit page for available entries.
Why can I not spend an account deposit directly?
Account balance and each card’s funds are separate. After an account deposit arrives, fund the intended card before using it. Card balance changes with spending and does not reset monthly. Per-transaction and daily limits are read-only; funding does not raise them.
Is one large funding cheaper than several small ones?
Card funding costs a fixed 3%, so the proportional fee is the same for the same total, once or in parts. Account deposits cost $0; external transfer fees are charged separately by the sender.
When will funding become available?
Account deposits and card funding have separate processing. Check TxID, account and target card status; timing is not guaranteed. Check net deposit and card-funding minimums separately.
How should I choose the withdrawal network?
Match the sending network to the current deposit entry and verify full address, net minimum and fees. Old addresses or a matching token name do not replace network checks.
How do unused funds differ from merchant refunds?
The merchant initiates refunds under its rules. Check the destination and status against the original transaction; arrival is not guaranteed within a fixed time. Returning card funds to account balance, withdrawing account balance to a wallet and merchant refunds are separate operations. The $3 per account-balance withdrawal is not a fee for every merchant refund. Review pending authorizations, disputes and refunds first.
Which records should I retain for depositing and funding?
For account deposits, keep TxID, token, network, full address and net receipt. For card funding, keep target last digits, request ID, funded amount, fee and account deduction. Chain confirmation, account credit and usable card funds are different outcomes.
Check Uses and Fees Before Issuing a Pikabao Card
Register and complete required checks, review current segments, merchant requirements and actual fees, then fund the intended card for its bills.
